Spinach Salad
1 big bowl fresh local spinach, thoroughly washed
1 cup strawberries sliced
1/4 cup whole almonds chopped small and rough
1/4 cup feta crumbled
toss with a vinaigrette, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar and two tabcpoon maple syrup
