Offer went sour...new offer today on another house!

Our offer on the house below went a bit sour...we told her we were not ok with the changes she made and did not counter.  Meanwhile, we looked at another home and put an offer in on that...sort of...verbal only...the woman was camping and did not want to be bothered?  Geez...anyway ...our new realtor seems awesome and would actually be our neighbor if we got this new home.  This house has quite a bit to fix...but the price is right and there is a lot of character.  We will know more on Monday or early next week.  Someone is looking at the home tomorrow ...with our luck they will put in an offer and that will be that...as ours will be a "creative" offer and no one likes those as well as a good old fashioned regular offer to purchase with conventional loan....It odd when I told everyone that after the 29th I am no longer looking for homes until Spring when school is out...and then we have had so much action that last couple weeks....I am exhausted.

 the worlds most narrow stairway ever...guess I cant get too much heavier or I wont be able to get up the stairs! We may widen it to the right and open the stairwell with pretty railings into the living room...we'll see....something needs to be done...its kind of awful....

So, here is the house.  It is traditional Victorian.  We will be combining rooms upstairs to make a bigger master...adding a master bath and master closet where an upstairs kitchen now is....the ugly walk up attic would become my beautiful art studio...(with work)....and we would add an addition off the back of the house making the kitchen bigger (and an eat in) ....with a large pantry and adding a mud room/laundry and bigger bathroom off the back on the other side of the kitchen. We would be adding a wood burning fireplace to the family room.   Stuff to do for sure...but I still love it....it is very homey...I could live here!  We shall see in a few days what happens....
