Loving this new chair

This is a picture I got and need to pick up with the chair--I love it!

I got this new chair.  Its leather and the only problem is it has leather worn off on one side of the seat.  I am wondering if anyone knows how to fix this?  There may be some leather under the seat I can use but I dont know as I havent picked it up yet.  Somewhere online I saw that you can use melted crayon in the correct color...and then I suppose you would put epoxy or something over it when dried.  Sounds plausible!  Let me know how to fix a worn leather spot if you know!  Thanks!
