This house would make sense

We found this awesome house that we would have a bed and breakfast in...3 rooms with bathrooms...and right next to the college!  We would have parents visiting their college kids all the time and our taxes would be paid for by this!  I love to cook anyway...and the house would be full of life...we had thought about this with another house...but this one is even more -perfect for it.

The reason for the perfectness of this home for us...is we can have a bed and breakfast...(we are walking distance to the college) and have 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms..each one!
