We are calling this new potential house..."the farm".

We were rushed to look at the inside of this house because the realtor had an open house he had to get to...so I forgot to take pictures...but I took a bunch outside.  We love the property.  This house has  a lot of potential...but is stuck in the 70's so we would have a lot of updating through the whole house..and by updating I mean making it look like it stuck in the 1870s :) !!!  With French accents and feel....but I think I would be up to the challenge . It is a very unique tri-level...(which I usually absolutely hate)...but it does have potential...Here's the outside!  We would be able to get a few sheep and goats like I have always wanted and chickens!  Very cool.

 The kitchen windows to the left and the sliding glass door leading to a no longer existing deck we would have to rebuild.  But you can see the beautiful stone all around the whole house.

 Lots of beautiful trees...the house does not have central air...but it has enough shade that I think we would be ok...
