Finally a written offer...I am so tired!

This is the home...almost identical to the last one...on the outside...but the inside is quite a bit different and is in move in condition. (Unlike the last home...which would have needed so much work before we even moved in.) If we do much to do it all it will be mostly cosmetic...I am liking this home much better.  We put a "real written offer" and should hear on the 19...tomorrow...our anniversary!   I am not going to be too upset if it doesnt work out..and we are not going to counter on anything I am quite sure unless it is only minor changes.   The deal is what it is and  if it falls through I/we are done until spring...and fall life begins.  If it does work out this will be our new home as of Oct. 15th...a wonderful time to move!  The neighborhood is very nice and we love Portage, Wi. so we are excited.

 I like the dining room...I wish it were a tad larger...will be a bit crowded if the table is pulled out and you are serving double the people...but it is do-able.  I would paint it a lighter color to make it seem larger for one thing.

This is where we would potentially put a fireplace.

 Laundry space off of the kitchen...not perfect in that it is very visual from the kitchen...we may try to figure out how to enclose it ....sometimes my laundry gets a bit messy...doesnt yours?

 Kitchen....I like the big window...I probably will add an island, paint the cabinets...add more cabinets and change the counters to marble...but it is nice workable space.  We are trying to figure out where to add a pantry somewhere...which is very important to me...I have tons of pantry food items always.

 View from the kitchen into the dining room.  When we add the center island with bar stools.. I would get rid of the chairs and probably add cabinetry on the bottom...or something...

 Stairs going to 2nd floor...I would rip out this ugly carpeting and finish the wood floors...

Master Bedroom...has a small walk in closet...will be fine...

 This is not wallpaper...thank God...so it just needs painting!  One of 4 bedrooms upstairs...

 Maids stairwell which will probably be taken out in time...and a larger upstairs bathroom with new added shower and large walk in closet will be added in its place.   (Also allowing us to downstairs add a pantry for the kitchen and enclose the laundry room)..Should work out nicely..

 Upstairs bathroom as it is now...we will have to make the bathtub be a shower until we do the renovations.  Not hard...just add the shower head and curtain surround....for now.....

 Back porch I suppose could be screened in someday for a screened porch if desired.
